The canopy tour starts with about a 30 min. horseback ride which brings you to the first out of 20 zips. On the way you'll make stops at hot springs, which are pretty impressive. In one of them you can even take a relaxing bath.
At the end of the tour you can chill in the beautiful garden. There's also bar where you can get refreshments.
