Several years back a group of artists transformed the building into a mecca for budding art in Seattle and today it is one of the biggest centers for new artists. Just a perfect place for new artists (even established ones) to practice their art, and for at least one night a month, showcase and sell art in an amazing old building (Seattle's monthly 'Artwalk' every First Thursday of each month throughout the year).
